History
- 52 year male, resident of amritsar with frequent visits to Himachal,non smoker.
- History suggestive of bronchial asthma
- Persistent symptoms with grade 4 breathlessness , dry cough loss of weight for 2 months
- Left sided hemi paresis for 3 days

POST TREATMENT WITH Diethylcarbamazine
